1. The Partnership Model
Zer0 P0int operates as a high-trust, partnership-style agency. We do not just "tick off tasks"; we take ownership of the strategic "why" behind every project. By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that we are a team of elite performers who work with autonomy and self-management.
2. Async-First Communication
We are a 100% remote, async-first team.
- Availability: Value is measured by outcomes and visible progress, not by being online at specific times.
- Weekends: Weekends are team-wide offline by default to ensure sustainable excellence.
- Meetings: Meetings are used only for clear outputs like decisions or unblocking, not for analysis paralysis.
3. Iterative Excellence & Delivery
We follow the Infinite Loop of Value: Input → Explore → Draft → Build → Refine.
- Prototypes: We prioritize "Better Done Than Perfect" and "Always Be Prototyping" to ensure fast delivery with a steady improvement curve.
- The Grow Phase: Our commitment extends beyond the launch to include technical maintenance, new features, and continuous elevation of the product.
4. Professional Standards
We do not ship "sloppy" work. We maintain high standards of craft and quality, providing weekly demos to keep clients involved at every milestone.
